Zero empathy from the doctors I've seen here.Dr Tofigi and Dr Malik No eye contact. This practice has some brass balls changing to a mixed billing as if it is worth money. 75 bucks to be dismissed. I cried all throughout my appt with Dr Tofigi a few times and spoke of low level suicidality not one check in or a K10. Dr Malik wasn't going to issue me a script for Codral citing you don't need one. Medicines containing codeine have needed a prescription since 1 February 2018. I paid 75 dollars for 2 minutes with this non empathic and seemingly pompus guy. Healthcare is a business here.

Got charged 75$ for the consultation to ask to do blood tests, got charged another 75$ in 5 minute consultation to tell me my results were all good. Researching to see if this is acceptable behaviour and best practice - aiming to make a formal complaint against the clinic.

IF YOU HAVE BOOKED A NEW APPOINTMENT BEWARE: The doctors here don't even look at you during your consultation. I saw Dr. Pooyan Tofighi Sabet Ghadam While the reception staff are great. The doctors are condescending and lack empathy, as clients we are in deeply vulnerable states seeking help and guidance from medical professionals, I always feel like just another number attending this clinic and always left feeling unheard or that I am wasting the doctors time, which as clients, we should be never left feeling this way. I deeply regret choosing this location for convenience over other MyClinic's where I have experienced doctors that actually build relationships and take the time to help their patients. I will not be coming back.

Thank you to Doctor Abhishek Mallik for looking after me. A kind and caring doctor! I have never had an issue with any doctors I have seen here at my clinic Balaclava.. Paul the receptionist is always very helpful and kind! Thanks guys

Doctors are alright and usually helpful. The receptionists are friendly however they hardly answer the phones. Multiple times I've been on hold for over 20 minutes and no one answers. I understand they may be busy but a simple

Dr Michael Waechter refused to renew my pill prescription because of personal belief. I can’t believe that a 50 year old man at a bulk billed clinic is still allowed to give judgement and refuse to provide treatment I am entitled to. With embarrassment, I had to explain the situation to the receptionist and ask to be referred to another gp. How this is still acceptable in the 21st century, I can’t explain.

Dr Malik was professional and efficient in diagnosing my Grandsons coeliac disease. A very busy Doctor who I feel happy to recommend. Ruth

Used to go here because it was local. Now I don’t care how far I have to travel if it means a better quality of GP. These guys are a joke. All the negative reviews of Dr Malik and Tofighi are spot on and it is because of Dr Malik in particular that myself or any of my family will never use this clinic again.

Avoid: Mallik is a Gaslighter. One example: a disease well known by sufferers and scientific researchers for hijacking the autonomic nervous system affecting temperature regulation, heart rate etc he says "isn't part of the disease". Asked if I have any allergies I articulated severe fever and delirium to penicillin. What they wrote on my medical notes: "mild/rash". Saw Tofighi once too. He behaved like I wasn't there and he wasn't hearing me. He wasn't 'present' at all and offered nothing in consideration. The 1 star is for the receptionists whom I found to be excellent.

The doctor at this clinic made me feel insignificant. My consultation was less than 5 minutes, and he didn’t make me feel heard or safe. He didn’t look at me once or even acknowledge my pain. It was like a big rush to get me out of his office. He dismissed my symptoms, wasting my time and money. Please go LITERALLY anywhere else for a doctor. Worst experience I’ve had.
