Waited over an hour for my appointment, staff kept saying ‘Your next’ but Dr kept coming out and seeing other people. Finally Dr came out, hadn’t looked at any of my tests properly and was rude and dismissive (“nothing wrong”). Took my results to another Dr for a second opinion, turns out there was something quite significant. Another time I was given the wrong medication for two weeks. Do not go here, totally unprofessional service and uninterested Drs. Especially Dr Andrew Lang. When I went to the desk to complain, there were two other people complaining about similar experiences so not isolated.

I have been going here for years to see Dr Richards and she is the best. Unless I just need to fill a script or something easy, I will only see her. Don't agree with one of the reviews here. My experiences have only ever been caring, professional & informative. Very high standard of consult. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because the practice can get really busy so sometimes you have to wait a bit (worth it for your own Dr though). Really handy to have the Melbourne Path there too. Reception team very friendly too.

Always professional and good communication between staff and patients. Online booking makes busy life a little easier. Dr Jia Ni Zhu is the best GP I have had. She expresses genuine compassion for her patients, taking an interest in their lives and always providing quality care. She is thorough, follows up on referrals and results promptly and always allows for face to face time to listen to any concerns you may have. She clearly cares for her job and her patients. Would highly recommend her excellent care.

Booked online and with great disappointment we received unsatisfactory service. It was not outlined on the online booking system/ website that a double session is required for a mental health plan at this clinic. Once this was established the GP failed to help any of our concerns including a general health check/ blood tests. On top of it they still charged us full price for the consult and we walked out with no service what so ever.

fantastic experience when I visited in march. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Saw Doctor Nick Yang who was great! Highly recommend.
