We have doctors that bulk bill all patients with an Australian medicare card. Some of our doctors do prefer to privately bill but do not bill pension card, health care card and children under 16years of age. Also students up to 21 years old with a valid student card are bulk billed. Please ask admin staff if you prefer a bulk billing doctor.

I never thought I would see a seedy hole in the wall clinic. But this is. Rude, self-entitled receptionists. Unable to adhere to timings. Complete lack of personality. Dirty and claustrophobic waiting area. Disinterested, harried doctors. Avoid this sleazy dive of a clinic!

I never wait for my appointments at this clinic, they have everything you could possibly need including in house psychologist. Dr Anna Finnegan was especially great, so thorough and investigative!

Much better than the Superclinic across the road where the doctors hate people & treat them like dirt. You don't have to wait around for hours & Dr Anna is lovely.

I saw doctor about gastro . I asked him about the medication I was taking because it wasn't helping my symptoms and he said if I had any questions about that I should speak to the person who sold it to me. I thought to myself what type of ridiculous response is this by a professional. I then asked him if he could look at the ingredients to at least let me know what it was suppose to do and he said he had never heard of the ingredient . My usual doctor would have googled it. What a disgrace to the medical profession. I walked out of the appointment. A doctor who is elderly and should retire and who is out of touch with modern practices

Biggest waste of all our time. Mine and yours (GP). Was literally asked as I sat in the chair for three minutes if I ‘was done, I (GP) have patients to see’. Nothing like a bit of chairside manner.
