Fantastic service!! My mum had a technical problem with her electric scooter and found Nathan to be really knowledgeable and extremely patient!! Can’t recommend this business highly enough.

Nathan and Rhys are great to deal with and made the process of picking a new bike out a smooth process. Have had the bike for a few years now and are always welcoming when revisiting the store and offering professional help.

I recently set out to find a new bike for my son and had the pleasure of visiting the team at MyRide Shepparton. Nathan and his team were, as always, exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to explore a variety of options with me to ensure we found the perfect fit. Once we settled on the ideal bike, Nathan truly went the extra mile by driving to Melbourne to pick it up when his rep couldn’t make it. I can’t recommend their service highly enough!
