Really friendly on the phone and in the store. They have extensive knowledge on bicycles, helmets and everything in the store. I bought 4 bikes from High St Bicycles and haven't had any problems at all. The staff aren't trying to get you to buy the most expensive stuff instead they look at what you need and will happily spend time explaining and helping you out while browsing or at the checkout. Best store in Shepp!

Like so many bike shops they don't seem to want your business! Disinterested and not willing to find out more about customers reasons for entering there shop! Pretty hopeless really! I'll go back to Melbourne
