Staff a lot more knowledgeable than previous physio. For any groin or football (soccer) related injuries see Yianni. Would really recommend.

After five months of shoulder pain, continuing deterioration and blank looks and superficial consultations with various health professionals I finally got to spend an hour with Adam and got a thorough analysis/diagnosis and understanding of treatment. Hallelujiah!!! Excellent, highly recommend.

Friendly staff. Physio, Ruth is very knowledgeable. Sorted out my knee issue (which I had on & off for 2.5 years) in one session. She advised with the right stretches my knee issue would resolve in 1 week, I wasn't hopeful but Ruth was spot on! Wish my shoulder was such a quick fix.
