Very poor customer service, measurement guidelines published on their website are not accurate and they expect you to pay the postage when the item does not fit. I spent over $900 with this company and they still wanted to charge return postage. Many companies offering the same products - go for one that has a better emphasis on customer service.
In the past this company was great but since late last year I feel there has been a decline. I ordered with express delivery - order was made on Saturday then completed the following Monday. I still have not received my order and it's now a complete week later. I emailed the company on the Thursday and I still have had no response. I paid $20 extra for express delivery, as I needed the items ASAP. Now a week later and I still do not have my items, nor a response as to why it has taken so long. Completely unprofessional that no one could have responded to my email. This is also the second time it has happened in the past 4 months. For a medical supply company they should ensure orders labelled express are a priority with delivery - that's the point. We need these items urgently - hence the selection of express shipping, and if there was a delay somewhere, good communication would be appreciated instead I'm made to feel I have just lost almost $300 and wasted $20 on express shipping.
I been ordering acupuncture needles for the last year from them, my last order was placed 4 WEEKS AGO, and I still have not received an email confirming the dispatch and obviously not received my order. I emailed the company 2 weeks after placing my order and they replied saying that my items would be available for dispatch on that same day, now another 2 weeks later I had to email them again and I had no response. Absolutely unprofessional, I’m in need of my items urgently and, again, I has been FOUR WEEKS WAITING. Definitely do not recommend.
Great medical delivery company. Have been using them for a long time and have never been disappointed. Jordan and Ben are great at helping with ordering stock and giving you extra info on what stock would work best for specific clients. Very fast deliver times is always a big bonus too being a local Perth company. Highly recommend the team at APE!
APE is my go-to for my massage clinic equipment and consumables, strapping items and client needs. I don't feel the need to go anywhere else. They have prompt service and great, friendly staff, as well as an extensive range of products that are well priced. On the rare occasion where there may be a mistake with an order, the staff are awesome at rectifying in a timely manner. I couldn't ask for a better service.
Wow I'm shocked to find a business that values it's customers and goes above and beyond. I purchased a knee brace and normal post and due to the covid problem a lot of there staff are in isolation so those still working are struggling to keep up. The communication was great and they express posted my item at no cost to me . Thank you Ape the best service I seen in a very long time. Cheers
My partner and I recently started our own Physiotherapy practice and were looking for a supplier that we could continue to order from over the years that has quick deliveries, affordable pricing, and excellent customer service. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with APE Medical. A few of our initial orders were not placed under wholesale pricing. I asked APE Medical if they could either go back and change the invoices to wholesale pricing, refund the difference to our account, or provide a credit voucher or discount code to compensate for the difference. The reply we received was "unfortunately we are unable to change invoices". I then called the company and they stated that the situation was already rectified via email. From my standpoint, there was no effort made to help rectify - or make right - the situation at hand. Instead, APE Medical was happy to keep the extra money spent instead of reimbursing or compensating the difference in pricing. APE Medical could have been receiving business from my company for years, however this lack of customer service has forced us to go with another supplier.
Ape Medical has been our supplier here at Central City Health Professionals for years. Since I began working here over a year ago, Ape have always been incredibly clear, helpful and just lovely to deal with! Their stock is always quick to arrive, and they are fast to respond if I ever have any questions or need to place a last minute order! Absolutely love dealing with them. Cannot express my gratitude for the team at APE. Always receiving my orders 1-3 days after ordering never more and the team are always amazing in getting back to any of my questions regarding products....often even taking it as far as offering for me to test products out before buying. 5-star service.
