I have been to many physios' around Perth in regards to chronic sciatic back pain and only Emma has been able to help solve many of the issues I have been experiencing. Emma is super knowledgeable, and has been successful in helping me overcome back pain through a mobility and strengthening programs. I couldn't recommend more highly! Thank you Emma!
Tahlia has changed my life! She is the only person I’ll trust to manage my ongoing back injury and I tell anyone who will listen, she’s the best in town! I walk away from every session feeling better physically than I walked in but also mentally too. Managing my pain with expertise and consistency as well as her lovely nature, makes Tahlia one in a million. Highly recommend Eimhear and both her physio and pilates work. I battle ongoing back, neck and jaw issues that cause migraines. Through both physio, needling and pilates, I am now in a place where my migraines have drastically reduced and my range of movement has increased. The location is also very handy!
Very professional service and courteous staff ! Eimhear the lovely Irish lady who treated me was very knowledgeable with my condition sciatica related and offered me different treatment to what I have had previously in London. This was underpinned with exercises via their App that I followed. I was out in Australia on a golfing trip and after two sessions at PPP I was able to play with freedom and without any restriction of movement. Its a shame that I have now returned to the UK and wont be able to use them if I required in the future.
I was experiencing issues - severe Head pressure, headaches, dizziness, imbalance, nausea and vision impairment I couldn't go anywhere or do anything. I was quite concerned as my issues were not a result of a specific accident/incident and my symptoms progressed over 4 weeks while I was consulting with a DR prior to seeing Eimhear. Eimhear treated me and I noticed results within days. I can't believe how much my symptoms have dramatically reduced -aiding in my health and lifestyle improvement. Eimhear is excellent in her filed - I have only been treated by Eimhear for a week, with excellent improvements as a result. She took a holistic approach due to my case no identifiable cause of my symptoms. Demonstrated professional treatment, took the time in appointments for thorough treatments, clear communication while making me feel comfortable, confident I could see and felt I was in excellent, and very safe hands. Highly recommend Eimhear.
Leah has done an incredible job at getting me back on track after a flare of back pain. She has a holistic approach and I’ve really valued my sessions with her. Would recommend!
I had a pinched nerve and I started doing clinical rehab reformer pilates with Eimhear once a week. This really helped me to learn to lock in my core and allowed me to keep some form of exercise without putting any strain on my back. Eimhear was great in adjusting my program to suit my pain. Highly recommend.
I have seen Eimhear to rehab my snapped achilles. I had surgery about 6 months ago and I am now able to run and do sports again. Eimhear has been extremely helpful through out the whole experience and kept me on track to reach my goals in the recovery process. I would highly recommend.
Felt so much better after my appointment with Eimhear today she worked her magic .hopefully I will sleep better tonight can't wait for my next appointments moving forward.
