If it weren't for these guys I'd try and learn to cook only to ultimately fail and resort to eating pre-packaged, desiccated 'healthy meals' that taste peculiarly like cardboard.

Cardboard taste was a criticism Muscle Chow received a lot of initially but they've improved since then and they defy the conventional mathematical formula of 1 healthy thing = 1 yucky thing.

The meals taste great with exception to the pasta. But then again,. I just don't get the appeal of pasta.

Beyond the food, what makes em great is knowing that many of their local delivery guys are human. They'll recognize you without mention of your name. They'll leave the food on your office desk rather than outside on the office welcome mat. They'll recognize there's a human on the other side of their delivery.

One of the best "Ready Meals Delivered" company, they can deliver 3 times a week so meals stay fresh!
