Would give no stars if I could. Ordered a soy iced coffee and made it very clear to have no dairy in it. But they put in ice-cream anyway. I thought the taste was funny, but just went with it since I made it clear no dairy. But alas, it definitely had dairy. Now I'm in immense pain at work. Thanks a lot. Don't trust them, if this is how they behave after I clearly explained my dietary requirements, hate to see what would happen if anyone with allergies visited :(

The coffee is okay, yet the wait is the killer. On a slow day you are left waiting for at least ten minutes for a coffee to be made, and on a busy one you're better off going to Els or Michel's!
