My website and blog showcase my cake designs, favourite recipes and tutorials.

You can also find a cake order form if you wish to enquire about ordering a cake. I ask you a few questions so that I can quote for your individual design.

You are not limited by the designs on my sites they are really just to show you the quality of my finish. I always say anything is possible!!!

While I have never had a cake from Michelle, I am a huge fan of her and her website. She is obviously an extremely talented baker / decorator, and has tons of happy customers, but one of the most amazing things about her is the way she shares all her recipes with the world. Many bakers such as Michelle who develop their own amazing methods / recipes / techniques are very guarded with their research, but Michelle shares all openly. Not only is she a successful pastry chef and a gifted decorator, she is a wonderful TEACHER; she seems to love helping beginning baker / decorators perfect their work, in essence creating tons of competition for herself. But she knows she's that good, and is obviously confident in her work, and I'd say her gift to us is repaid back to her in good will. I have improved my work more in one month using her methods than I have progressed in 5 years of baking, and cannot thank her enough. All I can do is say THANK YOU MICHELLE, and offer my SINCERE BEST WISHES for much continued success both in your business and your craft. You are an angel! I received a Mother's Day cake made by Michelle from Inspired by Michelle, as a surprise from my family.  It was a yummy, chocolate mud cake covered with chocolate ganache and fondant with a beautiful, hand-made magnolia as a decoration.  All the family voted it as the best cake they had tasted!!!!!!!!!!  We will definitely be ordering more cakes from Inspired by Michelle for future special occasions. Highly recommended.

As a hospitality operator, I must say Michelle's cakes are 6 star. 
THE ARTISTRY:some of the best I've seen. Michelle presented 3 cakes in a Sydney restaurant yesterday, all patrons were captured by her decorating skills.
FLAVOR: the delicious and distinctive chocolate flavor was rich and smooth, obviously made from fine premium couverture.
TEXTURE: moist, fine, dense, smooth and easy on the palate.
I will certainly be ordering again and recommending Michelle's cakes to others.

Michelle's cakes are the best cakes I have ever tasted. One of them was for my husband's birthday. The cake not only looked STUNNING.....but also tasted SENSATIONAL. Well...the outer layer was made of a sheet of chocolate which was folded into a cylindrical shape of about half a meter high and in it were pieces of chocolate cakes that tasted the most delicious; not too sweet, not too heavy, it was JUST RIGHT, with some perfectly whipped cream and some ferrero chocolates.
The second one was a cake in a shape of half a soccer ball. There were nutty, sweet, crunchy bits right underneath the thin layer of cake. It was just SUPERB!
I brought some of the left over cakes to work and the collegues just LOVED it. They were amazed.
I totally recommend Michelle's cakes.
