Heavenly place for kids (and adults too) Ordered gingerbread houses and kits for our daughter and her friends, realized I miscalculated numbers when I went to pick up. the ladies behind the counter were so helpful and accommodating, provided me with additional kits and houses so no kids will be disappointed. I am grateful for their help as I can understand how busy they are at this time of the year, will be back again soon as I just discovered their extensive range of cakes! Great place!

I rung to order a gingerbread house to be told by a girl "we are not taking orders we are too busy" I asked her if there were any in stock... she put me on hold- every time I asked a question. She came back and said they do have them in stock, I asked to hold one, put me on hold again and came back to say "no, first in best dressed" in a abrupt tone. I asked to pay for it over the phone, put me on hold again... came back and said yes that will be ok. I ordered the cake, only because I had to get one at the last minute but will not use again no matter how good the cake is. If you guys are too busy to do your jobs around Christmas time close your doors and only work on existing orders! The whole attitude felt to be "we really are too busy to serve you and we want to make it as difficult as possible for to buy a bit of gingerbread". Ridiculous.

WOW, they have an amazing array of decorated cookies for children's birthdays and can tailor cookies for weddings and special events. Their cute gingerbread houses at Christmas are the best around - a true luxury at great price.
