Good -Hot coffee Very hot!!! -Good royalty rewards. -Friendly staff. -Kidz playground is located at side of the shop. Bad -Coffee is hot but taste is average.
We are regular customers since Muffin break opened recently. The coffee is consistently very good, muffins are fresh and delicious and the staff are friendly, caring and welcoming. Highly recommend!
Its a shame, great coffee and warm muffins early morning. Today tho the coffee was redicuosly hot and the attitude of the staff has ruined my experience. I've been there twice and was looking forward to having a regular visit. but not twice with their attitude. very rude and blatantly ignores any worth of the customers life. a simple hi how can I help or have a nice day goes a long way. Even when the customer says thank you and have a nice day but doesn't get a reply. failed on basic customer service
Most useless Muffin Break ever. Supposed to be open till 5pm, but start closing at 4:10pm. Never open at 7am sharp either
Very ordinary. Toasting under cooked and bland cheese and ham. Med coffee weak, warm not hot. Cheese scone doughy, bland and had to ask for knife to spread butter. Raspberry muffin did not redeem the savoury choices...cake mix flavour.. raspberry?
Bad customer service. Wasted my money. Will not come again.

Not open at 7am but advertised as open at 7am. Wasted my time.
