Good place for hot sandwiches and muffins. However, the staff's hospitality varies. Some are not that friendly, where as on lucky days some are very nice.

Sandwich was ok. Could hardly understand lady who served me and her attitude told me she definitely did not want to deal with customers. Poor customer service.

Nice cafe in Southlands boulevard near Woolworths. About 12 tables for sit down and take away. Limited hot meals but great for coffee and cake.

Good coffee. Muffins were a bit messy and the lady who served us could hardly speak english. But comfy space for a good catch up chat.
