Very happy with our recent experience with Ms&Mr Kitchens. Nan was very professional and friendly. Her design and the final product done by the team is just beautiful! The whole renovation of my kitchen and laundry was smoothy and quick. Highly recommend!

Very poor customer service and disrespectfully rude. They hung up on me TWICE - I am Deaf and use the National Relay Service to make calls; while people who have not been exposed to this service and assume its a telemarketing call, the relay officer explains the service and I rarely have issues thereafter. I was inquiring about arranging to get some quotes done to remodel my outdated kitchen - they did not want to listen and decided to hung up - a total disrespect and I'm not interested in your service!
