I had a nail in tyre they pulled out and checked. No need to repair so didnt charge me. Thank you so much. The workshop is nice and clean. Definitely recommend!
Lovely new team working there since my last visit. Quick service and quick to order required tyres in if not in stock. Reasonable prices. Excellent wheel alignment done...car drives like a dream.
We had great service from Ben at Beaurepaires, Chadstone. He advised us about the right tyres for our car at a good price. Ben has exceptional customer service skills, obliging, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The tyre service itself was also very fast. Thank you.
Ivan the manager was incredibly friendly and he answered my questions and gave me honest advice instead of trying to sell me things I didn’t need. I thought he had great customer service. He also changed my tyres very quickly. When being inside waiting, I got to read about the company’s history and ethical conduct which I think Ivan exemplified. I also learned that beaurepaires recycled tyres which I didn’t know was possible. So I will definitely return in April which is when Ivan suggested I get my remaining tyres changed.
Ben has exceptional customer service skills, obliging, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The tyre service itself was also very fast. Told me the tyres would be in at 10am and they were. Was my second time here and will continue to go if needed. Saved me $$$’s Thanks Ben & Team
Ivan really helped me with advice on jacking up my raptor. Most helpful beaurepaires manager ever.
Ben and Ivan - Did not hesitate. With their service and integrity from previous experience I went back to them for 4 tyres for my other car. Based on their advice I left with the tyres that they recommended. I drove off happy! I could have got the same tyres and prices from elsewhere, BUT, they do not have Ben and Ivan.
Fantastic service, fixed my punctured tyre on the spot for free as well as carrying out a wheel alignment. Cannot recommend highly enough! Don't waste your time anywhere else!
Friendly staff and will try to help you if they can. Not very busy here so can sometimes walk in and get new tyres straight away. They didn’t have the three I needed but they got one delivered from another store. I will definitely be returning.
Fantastic place - was told elsewhere that I needed to replace all four tyres on my car, but wanted a second opinion. These guys could have sold me four tyres, but instead were honest and told me to come back in 6 months as my tyres were still good. Excellent place - wouldn't go anywhere else!
