Good cookies and service. Coffee is ok. They only have 8 tables for 2 and they are normally quite full.

Good service and food. Table area is rather small and usually full during peak times.

If I could post no stars I would, the service was horrible! I witnessed customers be ignored and spoken to horrible!!! What an outrage!

Don't pick up their phone. And then told i should of ordered in advance.

Lovely hot drinks & yummy chocolate biscuits.

I ordered a custom cookie cake and they didn’t even make the cake with the letters I requested. When I told the man working there I assume he’s the owner, he simply shrugged his shoulders and said “this is what we were told”. He didn’t apologise or try to rectify the situation at all.
