Made an order yesterday afternoon and joined a crowd of 25 people. Waited 25 mins, maybe more, and not one drink was served. They were still taking orders, with about 30 drinks parked up at the back. People started to complain. I then joined someone who was questioning one of the staff on what was happening and why they were still taking orders with a crowd of people waiting, and she said that they had run out of ice and were waiting to get more. Fair enough, these things happen - but with 4-5 staff behind the counter walking around, surely one of them was able to inform their customers before it got to this point …
5 staff members working. Waited 32 minutes for my order. They were moving slower than a snail. Missed toppings for 2 drinks. None of the drinks had ice. The worst service ever. Ruined whole day.
Fast, convenient, and good place to place an order a favorite drink in Chatime, Castle Hill tower. Staffs are welcoming and progressional! Recommended
Not enough pearl and top up . I ask for more, they told me it is standard. If you like less top up than other shop or brand, you should come here. I won't come back anymore even I was a five years long term customer.
Website says it opens at 10:30am but that’s actually when the girl’s shift begins and when she begins to prepare the ingredients. She will refuse to serve you until 11am. My experiences with one particular girl who works on Monday mornings is very negative. She is rude and she walks away while you’re talking. No customer service whatsoever.
I love chatime but these guys had two other customers & were still slow.. my drink isn't even that complicated I dont even get toppings.. almost missed my train because of it. Maybe they need to stop making drinks one by one
Average The service is decent, but the area is usually extremely crowded being in a busy location. The variety in tea is great but the taste of tea itself is a bit bland and too reliant on sugar being overly sweet.
Headless chickens running this store. 25 minutes and they are still roaming than doing much. One on phone and the rest are roaming How hard is to get drink out ? Bizarre.
Great Chatime outlet inside Castle Towers. Always friendly and quick service. I always get my order right in a timely manner. I love that the location is near the Cinema so it's handy for me to just order, grab and go!
05/12/2021 - Take away Ordered the sparkling lychee tea with popping pearls. Firstly the sparkling tea was not sparkling and I saw the boba barister use an already opened bottle of Coles sparkling water which would explain why it tasted flat and not sparkling. If I ordered sparkling tea I would expect it to be atheist sparkling and flat soda water.
