I was looking for a nice cafe for breakfast and drove past this place. Decided to give it a go and it was amazing. Service was friendly, place was cozy and menu had a great variety of breakfast and lunch items. Highly recommend it and will be going there again.
Absolute Hit! Can’t fault this place one bit. Clean and inviting, staff that run the place are doing an extremely good job. The heart smart dish with avocado feta and tomatoes on sourdough was sensational.
My daughter loved the hot chocolate and I had a long black. 4.40$each. Amazing staff. My daughter fell and hurt her chin. They were really helpful.
I went after a bushwalk today and got a juice; the young man who served me was very kind and friendly. I came back later and sat in for lunch. The coffee was perfect and I think that was the best chicken Caesar salad I’ve ever had, with a ten out of ten runny poached egg. Everyone was lovely, the prices fine, coffee great, food amazing. Thank you for such a lovely experience.
We have had delicious meals at Cosmo. Every dish is made and plated from the heart. The staff are friendly and the coffee is the best in the area.

Visited Cosmo Coffee for lunch today. Always love this place! Great food, great coffee and quick service. Our all-time favourite is the Cosmo Burger. Love the thick & juicy patty, crispy fries and soft toasted bun. Tried the Canadian Breakfast for the first time. It needs more 'wow' factor in my opinion.
What makes a good coffee expérience ? The warm friendly relaxing feeling you receive from the people giving you that coffee. This is what I experienced today at Cosmo Coffee in Castle Hill The moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and amazing customer service. Next came my triple shot expresso . #thiscoffeeisamazing!! While I sat in the very peaceful and relaxing café I began to smell coffee... Who would have thought!! .... But it was actually coffee that was being roasted next to me in the shop!! I went to have a chat with the person roasting the coffee beans whom is an owner! What a great man. We had a chat and he explained to me the process that is used to roast the beans they serve in the cafe whilst we watched that process happening before our eyes All in all this cafe for great tasting coffee, super friendly staff and relaxing atmosphère Merci #goodbusiness #respect #friendly #community #hillsdistrict #ThankYou #coffee #cafe
Amazing smashed avocado on toast with the perfect poached eggs at very reasonable prices. The frappe's are more like thickshakes but still absolutely delicious
One star is too much for this place. Stale vanilla slice cost $8 and I asked for a frappe which was a milkshake instead. My son’s Canadian b’fast the pancakes was awful and can only eat the scrambled eggs and grilled tomato.
