The singer was great on Sunday night the food was not- The nachos had a pile of corn chips and a very meager amount of shredded lamb on the top with a little sour cream, shredded cheese and chopped tomato and onion- very poorly presented and once one got one layer underneath the sour cream etc, there was 95% chips with nothing to eat them with-horrid & tasteless. Don' t bother to order the smashed avocado which once again you guessed it- corn chips quite frankly a rip off.!! A tiny portion of avocado in a bowl which was more like a thimble probably quarter avo if that mashed up -needed seasoning badly with once again you guessed it corn chips in a tiny bowl. My friend had the Taco - she said the filling was so bland that she left half of it. This is our third time at Mr Willis- the first time there was brilliant we had awesome meat balls in a tomatoe sauce delicious- We were not expecting to pay less for food as the price is reasonable, the music is great and so is the venue but come on guys the quality of the food was so way way below par. 4 or 5 dishes to choose from so not a massive choice - perhaps you were trying to do the less is more in terms of quality but you guys did not hit the mark.
The menu here is very limited. I'd suggest looking online at the menu before coming here to make sure that there is something on it that you like. The place is also very small and cramped. I felt like I should contribute to the couples conversation next to me because of how close we sat together.
Disappointed that you couldn't get lunch still at 2.20pm. Compromised with choc brownie and sadly it did not taste good, staff should probably try it!
Great Coffee and we LOVE burger night. Coming back again for sure.
