One of the biggest chinese restaurant in blacktown. Place is neat and cool, lots of menu to choose from, clean, and more importantly near the parking spot. Food wise the food that i eat which is beef vermicelli with sweet sauce is not as good as i thought but not bad either, i could give it 7/10 for the dish. Rice is a separate on the menu except you order rice menu. Lemon tea is spot on, the taste is just exactly as i expected 10/10 very good one. Overall 4/5 just because of the main dish didn’t meet my expectation but definitely will come back in the future and check on the other menu. Definitely recommended for chinese cuisine lovers around west area
I don’t normally post bad reviews but feel I have to after our recent experience. Recently ordered a fair amount of food to get delivered to my parents home for Father’s Day. Delivery was fine however the actual food left a lot to be desired. My mum never complains about food, especially when it’s a surprise gift, but I got a call from her pretty much immediately. The worst was the fish dish which seemed to have been left in the fryer for twice as long as it should’ve been. It could not be eaten as it was extremely bitter from being burnt. When I called up to provide the feedback, the lady on the line advised, she couldn’t do anything about it, even after I said I had a photo of it. No refund offered for the dish, but after some back and forth, the lady on the line begrudgingly conceded to a store credit to the value of the dish - which I settled with. More as a matter of principle. My father then visited the restaurant recently to use this “credit” and was treated rudely and was initially denied as “it was the delivery service’s fault”. Not sure how this is the case as I didn’t realise the delivery service cooks the food too? He was then told they would only offer half of it. Quite petty and for the sake of a few dollars they have absolutely left a sour taste in our mouths and will never be back. A shame really, as my parents and I frequented this place a lot when I lived around there. Obviously the food quality and the service has gone downhill. DEFINITELY go elsewhere, anywhere really if u want a consistent meal backed up by any resemblance of customer service.
Not cheap but good quality food cooked by good chefs. Clean and tidy place. Great location being opposite to Good Luck supermarket. Bbq pork and roast duck were delicious. Duck skin was crispy and juicy. Bbq pork was lean and well seasoned. Freshly made rice roll dish was not written in the menu but was displayed in poster. My suggestion is to list it in the menu. This dish takes a while to cook so order it first when you arrive. Braised mushroom and spinach was fantastic, not too oily or salty. However it was overpriced! Nearly $24 for mushrooms and vegetables. Tofu dishes were mildly seasoned. Must try. Like braised tofu with seafood which had prawns, scallop, seafood sticks and fish fillets. Deep fried prawn dumplings were delicious. Water was free but please be more generous by giving a jug or bottle of cold water to customers rather than taking customer' s small cup to refill from the water tank. It is a good idea to ask if customers want tap water or hot tea. Home delivery was also good. Hot food arrived on time. Ordered home delivery on 7/7/21. Congee with pork fillets and thousand year egg was lovely. Good amount of pork fillets and egg. Fried dough was so good. I had it with congee. However the amount of rice porridge should be more generous. Customers will enjoy this dish more if you use a larger container and increase amount of rice. Egg noodle soup with dumplings was disappointing. Soup was provided in a small sized container. There was not enough soup to cover half of the noodle. There weren't many dumplings too. Generous serve of noodle but the dish was ruined by the missing amount of soup. There is a lot of rooms to improve this popular dish. If you do this dish right, you will get heaps more customers.
Paid over $20 for honey chicken... as you can see in the photos there’s hardly any chicken inside, mostly coating, that’s the last time I’m buying from there, BEWARE PEOPLE !!!
To look at this place from the outside and then view the inside, you may think about giving the place a miss. However looks can be deceiving!! The place is comfortable enough and the staff are friendly and attentive. The food at this place is fantastic, generous size portions also. It definitely hits the spot and the palate. Reasonably priced. One of the better Chinese restaurants out there.
Good local place to take the family, with pretty tasty Chinese food. Menu has a really good variety and is overall, decently priced.
Never seen a shop with such doom faces. Seems like no one knows what is a smile, and always show only doom faces even when paying. We didn't order porridge but a la cart. Food extremely poor. Mix mushroom dish are mostly spinach. HK milk tea is tasteless and not sweet at all.
A good place to grab a feed if you're craving for bbq pork or roasted duck. Ordered the roasted pork and bbq pork combo and also the roasted duck. Did not disappoint at all. Good customer service too. They also offer a really generous tea pot of Chinese tea.
Love the food. I come here all the time.. Good food, friendly staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Definitely the worst restaurants I've ever walked into! I ordered Chicken in oyster sauce and I received half boiled, barely cooked chicken pieces in some sort of watery sauce with 0 salt! Shame because Mr. Ping in parramatta is such a treat! This branch is spoiling the name. Do yourself a favour and stay away from thia place.
