Such an amazing learn to swim program. Our two daughters are part of the learn to swim and have a wonderful time learning and growing in the water with there two teachers Laura and Kristina. Anya does an amazing job setting up the learn to swim program and leading it I couldn’t recommend enough.nnThe Indoor Pool Facility runs at a perfect air conditioned temperature and the pools are clean and comfortable for everyone!nnAs a Swim Coach myself the team here does an incredible job! Lifeguards included as well!

Great place and kids had tons of fun, for $8.40 for an adult kids are free, it’s a cheap weekend and we lasted about 2 hours.nThe ‘wave’ generator was every half hour for 5 minutes which was a bit of fun.nnThere’s a few negative reviews on changing rooms, they are fine. Place needs a little maintenance and some touch up paint, but it’s not worth overreacting with a bad review that has nothing to do with the actual swimming you’re there for.

I do not recommend this place. You now need to pay extra to jump of the diving platform that is not even a diving board which opens and closes whenever it suits them? makes no sense. They do not even bother to mention this at reception when paying extra for slides. It nice to see they have finally updated the family changing rooms that were previously disgusting.

Anya from SwimMagic has provided extremely poor service. Our account was repeatedly charged despite us never officially enrolling in any class. Rather than confirming whether we wished to proceed, she assumed that a lack of response meant approval to enrol and charge our account. We ultimately chose not to proceed due to her poor attitude and lack of professionalism. I would strongly advise others to be cautious.

Friendly, knowledgeable, patience and accommodating staff members. Parking can be scarce at times though a few on street parking are available. Pricing is quite competitive. Have some fun facilities such as water slide for small children, wave pool, and spa. On weekend mornings, the pool might be limited as most of the lanes are used for the swim school. The swim school teachers are friendly, caring, attentive and passionate. They gently and firmly push the children to improve.
