I was shopping around for a Honda scooter and came across a great deal for a Honda PCX with Motorcycleland. I felt with Brent who was professional and quick to respond to all my questions. The deal was effortless and they delivered the bike to my door. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with and the whole experience was seamless. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Never been spoken to so rudely. Took our side by side in for a service a day early as we were not able to get it there the next morning.  They wouldnt take it becuase they said they had no room to keep it over night. Seems a bit odd knowing they have less side by sides in the shop, out the back and out of the front they have had for weeks  Instead of been nice about it Don was VERY rude and belittled me. If they dont have room why are they even selling the things. Never dealt with a business that was so self important.  They are not the only ones that are busy and have trouble finding staff. Maybe they should look at the way they speak to people.  I wouldnt work for someone that spoke to his customers like that.

Do not bring your motorbike here for a RWC. Don the mechanic is a rude & arrogant old man who will talk over the top of you & cut you off. He failed my motorbike because i had fitted an aftermarket self cancelling turn signal module to the bike. Even after doing the research for him & showing him in the relevant ADR's that the turn signal module complied, he still wouldn't pass the bike. He was too stubborn & arrogant to admit he was wrong. Wasted $195 trying to get the RWC. As he refused to sign off, i had to take the bike elsewhere. That cost me $165 & sure enough, that person knew what they were doing & signed it off. Extremely frustrating & i wish i had listened to the bad reviews.

Went to look if they had any second hand quad bikes for farm use had none which is fine mentioned having a look in colac to which he said don't buy anything there they would be no good. Went to colac and bought a brand new quad bike  motorcycle land ballarat very very ordinary

Very happy with their service when I bought my new SWM, The after sales service and parts has been awesome they also looked after my wife and daughters when we had to buy them gear. I drive an hour from Melbourne and I am very happy with their customer service.

Brent was helpful & informative without being a typical sales person.

Absolutely atrocious customer service, went there to buy a Comoto atv and crf125 for my son, no one interested in selling anything, more just a show room of bikes their not interested in selling. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Good folks who know there motorcycles. I go there for parts. Just have the motorbikes V.I.N. and all is easy for them to check out parts and information on it. They have a big range motorcycles, quads and accessories Worthwhile going for a gander. All good Jim
