This is now my 5th bike from Ballarat City Motorcycles and I think that says everything. Every experience with these guys has been excellent from start to finish.nnWhat really stands out is how much care they put into the whole process — from helping you get the exact bike you want, to working with you on customisation options, delivery to your door, and the after-sales support afterwards. You never feel like you’re just buying a bike and being forgotten.nnI’ve dealt with plenty of motorcycle dealers in the city over the years, but I still choose to ride all the way out because the service and overall experience here make it worth it every time. They genuinely look after their customers and take pride in what they do.nnHighly recommend Ballarat City Motorcycles — already looking forward to bike number 6 one day!

I had a great time at Ballarat City Motorcycles. The team made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I walked in, were great to talk to and super knowledgeable in all things moto.nnThey let me take the newly released Yamaha R9 out for a test ride and it was an absolute pleasure to ride. The different ride modes made it easy to tailor the bike to the situation, and the factory quickshifter is seriously addictive. The bike feels impressively lightweight and well balanced, and the riding position is far more forgiving than most supersports I've ridden. It's comfortable and fairly composed around town but it's powerband gave me fast and agressive acceleration on command and didn't seem to taper off at all!nnDan was able to answer all my questions and went the extra mile to help me explore all the options and add-ons available for the R9.nnI walked in curious and walked out genuinely impressed... and slightly giddy from the absolute dopamine rush! It's refreshing to deal with a store who loves what they do! I will definitely be getting my next bike here!nnCheers Dan, and cheers to the rest of the team — highly recommend!
I’ve bought 2 bikes off these guys so far, I’ve honestly been amazed by the customer service and knowledge they offer.nnThey are genuinely good people. If you need a bike, gear or service/parts - these guys are the best in the state.
