Story

Morrall's Bakery, the famous little hub for it's pies and freshly baked bread, has been an iconic spot in Bourke for over 110 years for both locals and tourists.
Generating from the local family the Morrall's, and began a family tradition of being handed down from Father to Son with the legacy ending with the much loved Alan Morrall his wife Cynthia Morrall and their son Mark.

The Bakery didn't stray too far from family with long term worker John Milgate. John knew the family and loved the bakery starting his career off at the age of 13 after school, 4 years later John finished school and took up an apprenticeship with Alan Morrall and Mark Morrall. John along with his wife Tanya Milgate are now the very proud owners of Morrall's Bakery and along with their family are baking away keeping the iconic bakery's traditions alive

Looking for a place to eat? Most places in Bourke were shut but this place was open and it was a great find. Air-conditioning was operating and we felt comfortable eating our food inside at the many tables available.
Pepper pies tasted great!

Great pies and cakes, coffee, milk shakes great, just a great bakery plenty of food to choose from yummy x

Actually found it rather disappointing. Pies were pretty ordinary for a bakery. Staff was friendly and had aircon. That's a good thing at 39 degrees.

After a long day driving finding this bakery was wonderful. Awesome food, even the plain pies tasted great. Churros, Bee stings and rock cakes were amazing. Staff are happy to see you and service was great. We left with a box load.👍👍

I have always enjoyed a good bakery for the breakfast hit. Morrall's Bakery not only offers the goods on pies and pastries, but they make a killer coffee and their bacon and pancakes is not to be overlooked.

A friendly smile and good morning from the staff makes all the difference to the start of the day.

I can't wait to go back!
