Good parking on Northern side of station. Coffee available on weekday mornings. Lift access from one side of station to another which is great when you have lots of luggage. Also is wheelchair accessible. Northern side of station has kiss and drop section.
Good normal regional station, clean and have a few services like vending machines.
Not a lot of under cover waiting area. Also, announcements over the PA kept stating masks are mandatory but hardly anyone was wearing one, even on the trains.
This is the best station in NSW. Not only do they have free available cool water, two vending machines, they also provide a 4 multi Powerpoint plug in to charge your devices in the closed area on the Newcastle platform for that long train ride to where ever your destination is. Cheers, morriset.
A kep transport hub for the region. Not only a train station, but a bus bay also. Plenty of parking with 3 separate car parks in the surrounding side streets. However they fill quite quickly on weekdays in particular. Wheelchair access is great with a lift to any platfom.
Had a big night out and wanted some honey soy chicken chips, but the vending machine didn't have any left, restock your vending machines ya dogs
Highly regarded because the fast train stops here. Reasonably busy at times because apparently there are some people who need to go to Morisset. Or from Morisset. In Morisset visitors tend to go to, well I'm not sure, but they are probably visiting family. For Morisset people this station is likely highly regarded because it gets them to "Not Morisset".
A nice medium-sized station. Navigation is very easy and the staff are happy to help. The station is also wheelchair accessible.
Busy railway station today .
It's a train station. No staff on duty but trains stop every half hour or so.
