Lots of different experiences for the kids. My 4yo grandson loved it. It's the first time I've seen him so interested in anything and he didn't want to leave.nI do agree with others that it was getting a bit warm in there on a 24 degree day and that the Cafe could have a better range of options. We chose a ham and cheese toastie which was very nice but the coffee I had was almost cold. Initially I thought that was on purpose so the kids couldn't get burned, but when I mentioned it later to the barista, she said if I'd told her she would have made me another one.nSo place is great, cafe not so much
Booked for 0930 session, plenty of parking available and line into MOPA moved quickly.nnNo outside food accepted water bottle + formula acceptednnPlenty of food options available with a good mix of yummy snacks and reasonably priced. Food comes in a generous portion, particularly the grazing boxes.nCoffee is good, definitely recommend an iced coffee as it was quite warm inside and the fans are doing overtime trying to keep the place cool.nnHighchairs available and there are beautiful bathroom facilities as well as spaces to breastfeed away from the chaos.nnPlenty of rooms and activities available for all ages, be advised the climbing city towers you may need to follow your kiddos into the maze so wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to crawl in some spaces.nnDrink plenty of water and try to get the kids to do the same as they will be FLUSHED running around an already warm space.nn10/10 to the staff for their patience, I briefly lost my toddler in the towers and they were able to help him down!nStaffer Bee is incredible, I also saw them wiping down surfaces constantly.nnMy suggestion is to wear socks for kids and yourselves, best to leave shoes in your bag or in a cubbyhole.nnWonderful place for kids to explore and play, I'd recommend it for younger kids 1-6/7 as I don't think it wouldn't be as stimulating for any older than 7.nnThis would be a great gift for a young child or if you just need a safe space to get your captain chaos out of the house.nnHighly recommend coming during the week as I foresee weekends being chaotic.
This place was absolutely fantastic for little children to learn, create and play! There was so much to do! A treasure trove of engaging activities behind every corner. They had programmed activities at scheduled times that you could join in, or you could just roam around for free play. They have a cute little cafe inside too. And its enclosed design made it safe enough to let toddlers roam around freely as there was no hazard or risk of getting lost. The place was also in pristine condition. Everything, from floors to toys to bathrooms, was extremely clean. This is what will make me come back again and again. Cleanliness is top priority for me.
While it’s smaller than the Sandringham location, the new interactive rooms are amazing—so creative and engaging for little ones. There’s plenty of hands-on fun, making it a great place for imaginative play.
we’ve been to the Sandringham location numerous times and now went to Thomastown and the kids always have a great time. We love the interactive and creative areas unlike any other playcentre. Very clean, good food, and capped numbers are great especially during school holidays and rainy days. We can come back here time and time again!
