The Moor Street Food cafe on the Moorabbin Railway Station concourse is popular with caffeine seeking train travellers. As well as coffee, it offers a good range of smoothies and cold and iced drinks for those hot summer days. As well as drinks it offers a good range of sandwiches, Vietnamese and salad rolls, focaccias, rice Vermicelli, Pho (noodle soup), rice dishes and rice paper rolls. The Moor Street Food cafe is open Mondays to Fridays from 6am to 5pm and as well as take-away has a small dine-in area. The coffee and food is quite good and so is the service.
