Applied for my Warrant of Fitness.. Wow I waited for an hour.. Long wait so Better call and inform them in advance that you are coming. The manager is a bit grumpy. My Car was done in a hurry and the repairs are freaking expensive aye..
SO HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ON AFFORDABLE COMMUNICATION & WORKMANSHIP 10 OUT OF 10 Totally the greatest experience I've ever had in my life having to get my ignition fixed after someone trying to steal it. They worked with me to get an affordable price and and what needed to be done and fixed my van really quickly. SO HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ON AFFORDABLE COMMUNICATION AND WORKMANSHIP 10 OUT OF 10
Very poor service they will let any of their family work on your vehicle. I spoke to the guy working on my car and found out he was a courier driver he didn’t work there and they will speak in their language so you don’t understand what’s going on. I truly hope no one goes to these guys most of the good reviews on here are the workers at moon motors.
Wouldn't even rate this company with one star. Originally took my car in to do wof which they didn't pass because of something to do with a brake pad leakage ?, drove off and when I went to start my car again the gear stick wouldn't click into gear. Had to tow my car back to them only to pay $300+ for a cable to be replaced in the gearbox... A job that took them a good 3 weeks to do, and when contacted for when I can pick my car up I am told that they are working on my brake pads, which I did not give them permission to touch and only wanted to replace the cable. Got my car back home and went to turn it back on only for it not work. Tried jumpstarting it and still, won't turn on. Engine won't start, hand brake cover has been ripped off, plastic part underneath handbrake that would've given them access to the gearbox has not been put back in tact, lever to open the bonnet is loose, and car doors will not lock. Useless and won't take responsibility for their incompetence! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
If I could give 0 stars I damn sure would! I just got my headlight replaced only for my light to still not be working. Worst part is he told me to come and see that the light was working but I refused as I believed I could trust him and that he indeed did the job I payed for. 20 bucks for a bulb change. This place is a RIP off do not I repeat DO NOT take your vehicle to these con artists.
Did a great job at such short notice. Popped in to fix an air leak in my tyre. Took an hour to get a puncture repair. Very well done. Just a note that there was a delay only because no one was available at reception.
Overpriced and dishonest. To get my WOF they charged me $30 to secure the bumper x1 screw, before I had even left I went and pushed it and it slipped off!!! Seems like they only pushed it in thinking I wouldnt find out and their excuse...."I thought someone else had done it" .....STUPID Do not use these guys!!!
I had a really bad experience with Moon Motors trying to get a wof. If you don't mind going to the guy again and again and get mucked around to get a simple job done then you will be fine, but if not , then I suggest you keep away. The guy took 45 mins working on my car for WOF. An unusually long amount of time.Seemed to me like he was trying to find faults . My car has never failed a wof before. After 1 week and leaving my car at his garage for 2 whole working days and visiting his garage more than 4 times, I still don't have a WOF which he promised to deliver with 2 days. There are always excuses about mismanagement. There was nothing major to do anywayTyre, panel and brakes. Really disappointed and a sheer waste of my time and effort.
