Could the owner please train the kids that work there in customer service? They're just kids and need to be shown how to address customers! The bigger problem I have with this establishment is, that they only serve in takeaway cups I forgot my keep cup and there are not enough bins to dispose of the rubbish. Room for improvement!
Consistent coffee quality throughout the day and week
Poor customer service by the teens who work there. Complete negligence to wards their customers. The coffee was below average. Do not recommend and not going there again.
Their prana chai is amazing.

coffee is good. service is the worst in perth. wait for the tweens behind the counter to stop talking and acknowledge you to take your order, then wait another 15 mins for the coffee. give it a big miss.
Best tasting coffee lovely staff
I will never understand why this place is always so busy. It takes forever to get your coffee and it tastes terrible. I have been here twice and both times I've waited over 10 minutes for my coffee and it tastes like watered down milk.
Good coffee, not great service. Unfortunately won’t be back.
