The coffee here is actually quite good, but not surprising since: - for every coffee they raise their cows from calves then milk them to provide the freshest milk; - For every coffee they travel to Colombia, collect beans and return to roast them for each customer; - They build every cup themselves out of recycled napkins. Well, based on their speed of service, that's what it seems like they do. The wait time this morning was HALF AN HOUR for two coffees and they weren't even busy. Or it could be that the baristas were focusing more on gossip and moving at the speed of sloths instead of doing their job. Terrible service.
Just seriously lack lustre service and on multiple occasions this has happened. The girls that work there have no idea on how to greet a customer or how going the mile to hand the coffee over. I the only one standing there and they just put the coffee on the counter without announcing it nor did they indicate it was mine.
When I pay for a large coffee I expect a strong coffee not warm milk...I am a barista..pick up your game..

Seriously bad service. Waited patiently to be served when I got cut in front of by some rude tradie who was friends with the barista. Nope.
Amazing coffee every time!!!!! Never skips a beat! Only thing I can say that needs slight improvement is sometimes the coffees are not called out. If you sit down they just put it on the bench. And they don't call out the size e.g. Large skinny latte. Other then that this place is amazing I have been coming every day lately :
They need to have syrups for the coffee flavoured drinkers. Also if it's moderately busy, be prepared to wait for 20 minutes for a coffee
One of the best coffees I have had in Perth. The recent addition of healthy treats and smoothies have proved to be very popular so make sure you are quick especially on weekend mornings. The only downside is the wait for coffee if you order at the til but Mooba has been proactive to introduce mobile ordering via sms.
Good coffee and a variety of quality milk options but on a number of occasions I have found the service to be average. Perhaps it is because they are busy and flustered but a smile or hello goes a long way in this overpriced coffee market. With other quality options within walking distance I would expect a little more from the staff
