the library is nice, large and has high quality modern technology. However, it is very noisy and level four is especially loud - even though it's supposed to be designated to silent study. Staff don't seem to do anything to manage the noise which is pretty disappointing for Monash students who can't use it as intended and as needed....
One of my favorite place to study.nI was helped by a very complete literacy in this library, there are lots of facilities that you can use here, and one of my favorites is the comic corner. You can find lots of interesting comics here haha, And also you can play video games here. Very interesting !!! But sometimes you can smell paint, maybe from building maintenance. That's okay.
As a student I love it here!! Especially the 4th floor. The books selection is wonderful
Great library with plenty of spots to sit. One criticism however for the library - please WD-40 your door hinges, especially the toilet doors. The constantly creaking every time someone enters / exists the toilet is extremely distracting.
Best library I’ve been to for studying/working.nnWifi is usually fast, but today it was only 14Mbps nn- open to publicn- open from 8am, closes at 10pmn- many, many desksn- quiet area with desksn- 4 standing desks on level 2 and 3n- has computers Mac and pc, and you can use the monitor without the computer if you bring your ownn- chairs are very comfortablen- free fast wifi that doesn’t kick you out every hourn- two coffee shops within 1 minute walkn- stairs are good for exercisen- big windows let in natural sunlightn- water fountain outside and next ti cafe on ground floor to fill drink bottlen- vending machines for snacks cheaper than 7/11n- cheap restaurants for lunch nearby try the banh min- easy to get there by train
