Has been GP for my family for years. Excellent doctors and admin staff. Very accommodating and pleasant to deal with.
A calm & neat place. As a family we've been visiting them since a year now, as & when we've had the need to meet a GP. The staff is considerate. Special mention for Dr De Silva who is a considerate, impartial & empathetic individual. As an individual or a patient I don’t care about the physician’s medical school grades or other accolades—I want to feel that I'm in good hands. Dr De Silva is a good doctor who knows how to make a patient feel cared for, checks if the concerns are valid, & ensures his patients get the recommended screening tests, that their questions are answered, & offers a clear plan of action.
Good and kind doctors however reception staff made so many mistakes and refused to help fix them. They cancelled two of my telehealth appointments without even telling me cos i hadn't seen a doctor face to face yet both times when i called them they said they could see a face to face appointment on my file and said i was eligible. Practice manager also told me there were no doctors left for me to go see in person to get a med cert as it was 4:30pm, yet when i called the next day she said there was a doctor left when i had spoken to her the day before and that i had said i couldnt come in, which never happened. They have caused me so much stress while also having to deal with being sick. And the receptionist had the audacity to say that i was stressing her out even though they were the ones that kept making mistakes. They have now sent me a letter stating they can no longer treat me at this clinic due to my negative google review and claimed i was threatening on the phone all because i said i wanted to take the issue higher up. Didnt realise you were allowed to stop treating customers because they leave a negative google review.
I have been attending this clinic for many,many years and have always found the reception staff friendly,polite,pleasant and helpful. Dr Lucarelli is an outstanding Doctor with an amazing "bed side manner" which is rare these days. He treats all of his patients with the time and respect they need and deserve. I have always felt comfortable and very well looked after whenever I am there, both by the receptionists and Dr Tony. I am grateful to this clinic and to be in such great hands.
The doctor I see is good, Dr De Silva always takes time to explain things to me and makes me feel like my health care matters. However the clinic lost one star bc the receptionists there can be hot and cold.
Monash doctor surgery has been our GP for many years. The reception staff is very humble and friendly. Dr. Raja is a great doctor and very affectionate.
Really appreciate a bulk billed clinic that can still deliver great service. Thank you team, and thank you Dr De Silva.

Possibly one of the most lousiest doctors I've been too. Saw doctor Nadia and honestly, I've never met a doctor so ignorant and so undermining in my whole life. the other doctors are fine however this one is just straight up rude! Ive been coming here for years but not ever again. Especially her little rude comments whilst assessing me. Even taking the bloody blood tests was a challenge. I waited for an hour to get mine done and once i came, She told me to come back tomorrow because they were too busy and didnt have the equipment?? as if I didnt just take a whole day off work to come here.
Staff at reception are not properly trained. They could not accept payment through the card payment machine after putting the new roll inside and asked me to get cash from shops outsidewhich were not many or have cashout system. It felt like too much hassle for someone in distress and ended up canceling the appointment.
