I edited my review today.Thumbs up for other staffs for pursuing to get back my phone.Apparantly the phone did not repair. To be exact its 22 days before i get my phone back.I always do effort to came after my work to follow up my phone.Im just disappointed with service but thanks for the refund and of course i still insist to get my money back coz my phone doesn't work.
I purchased here a privacy screen protector last week for my IPhone. I left the store and I didn’t check it. When I went home, I found there was bubbling in the protector. I came again to the store to fix this issue. Yet, the man who work their was racist, rude, and disrespectful. He also said the protector is cracked, which the bubbles could not be fixed! The protector was cracked since I bought it with bubbles, but I couldn’t come back on the same day because I live far away from the city. In fact, the quality of the protector and the service are extremely terrible. Moreover, the worker helps Australian customers and is friendly with them; unlikely to foreign customers. He wanted me to listen to him without any response or explanation! What can I describe this behavior? It is not good to be racist and untruthful. I do not recommend this store because of the lack of the service and the quality of products. NOTE: the bubbling is appeared since your worker made it! I checked this when I was home, and this is my mistake to believe your workers and their poor service and skills. No need to repeat my comment. Yet, you can see again below how you prove and represent your poor customer services. Racism is fact, and you need to fix this issue. Other reviews have mentioned your manipulation in other cases. Be brave and and treat your customers when your workers make the mistake. The fact will not be changed until you be honest.
Dropped my phone in a spa. Went to the shop the next day and was told the phone may not be able to be fixed depending on how bad the damage was. It was $60 for the service fee and 4 hours later I picked it up. It was completely fine not bad damage since I brought it in so quickly. My phone got a good cleaning and was fixed all for $60. Great service definitely recommending to my friends and family.
It doesn't even deserve a star, the worst place I've ever been in my life. He sold me a cell phone protection screen that kept making bubbles. I went back to the store, asked to change it he said "just being human and that I should keep pushing the blisters until it stops". I went back again asking for my money back, very reluctantly he said he wouldn't give it and if I wanted he would give me a screen protector and I would turn around to put it on. He was making fun of me all the time, these 3 times I went there I saw several people complaining about his products. Not worth it. Edit: My screen protector is not scratching, my screen is scratched. I was offered a new protection that I put on myself. I asked if I was paying for the service or just the protection, I was told that only the protection and that the service is a courtesy. If it's a courtesy, what's the difference in giving my money back? I even asked if I arrived with a screen from another place if he would make the application free and I was told that he would charge 10 dollars, that is, at least I am being robbed of 10 dollars since I did not like the application.
I've been taking my last three or maybe four phones to these guys for screen protectors and covers. They have never let me down. And I haven't cracked a screen since I started going there. Touch Wood! Lovely people. Friendly, efficient, reasonably priced! Deano from Redcliffe gives you the thumbs up!
Brutal silence and ongoing stress. My Mobile have held my phone since August 2022 and have stopped responding to my emails and calls after just responding once. That's right, my 8 emails have gone UNANSWERED for over SEVEN MONTHS after their ONE single email. If you are thinking of buying here, ask yourself if you too want to open yourself to utter stress due to no fault of your own. Background: I bought a Google Pixel 5a from them and then it stopped working within their 1 year warranty period. I paid for it to be returned to them, as requested by them. They then wrote the one and only email message claiming it had "a small hair line crack in the lcd". Laughably false and irrelevant. I have photos to prove it, including my meticulous packaging. The plain truth: the phone does not charge or vibrate to recognise that it is connected to power, irrelevant to the screen. So I told them to fix it under their warranty or return it to me. SILENCE. Not a single email response to the multiple addresses. Not a single answer to my phone calls. I do not know what they have done with my phone and the protective case I packed it in. I am concerned for my personal and private data on the phone. Is this is a tactic to farm parts? I want it returned to me still as is, at their expense. I've worked for consumer rights organisations so I won't stop pushing for the rightful return of the phone. Next stop, CHOICE, Ozbargain and ACCC. Due to no fault of your own, these things can happen if you purchase from this kind of unprofessional dealer. Beware. Where is my phone?

Came in almost a year later to repair the screen on my Pixel 5. Did an amazing job, still would recommend My Mobile. ---- Dude in yesterday was great, installed screen protector perfectly. Highly recommend these guys
I bought my Iphone 11 pro max to be repaired at the My Mobile Brisbane store, the front and back screen was completely ruined and smashed up royally from the weekend. Today, I picked the phone and it looks as good as new although the face id camera doesn't work anymore but this appears to be an Apple thing as it identified the replaced parts were not a genuine 'Apple replacement part' but I'll manage and to be expected as I didn't want to pay 1K through Apple to get it repaired, again. Shane, who I dealt with was awesome! He was still waiting on a part to be delivered to the store and then today, prioritised the job as he knew I needed the phone urgently for work. Shane was friendly, polite and professional and easy to deal with - he even gave me a deal on a case! I would highly recommend coming to see Shane and his team for any mobile needs. Thanks again for the great service!
I bought my Samsung Note 20 Ultra from here as I wanted the Snapdragon version over the Exynos processor that we get here in AUS. I purposely waited to write a review as I wanted to use the phone for a few months before writing a review. Have been using my phone for about 15 months now I know that wait is excessive I experienced no issues. Only thing to consider is, initially the phone wasn't compatible with 5G coverage and Shane explained this to me when I bought it. It started working in 5G this year but is bit temperamental, doesn't matter much to me personally as I'm happy with 4G+ speeds. Everything else, I'm pretty happy with. Will recommended My Mobile.
