Not the best Apple store in Brisbane. Would definitely go else where. They need to sack some of there rude staff members, They do their job but need to pull a leaf out of the nice book. This apple store is always busy, never has any genius bookings, also very hard to get to unless you live in the city or uber it there and walk.
Apparently I need an appointment to go in and look at a phone case in an empty store at 5:00pm! I understand the covid precautions but this is excessive!!! I have always loved shopping from Apple but that has changed very quickly! They could at least be nice while telling me I’m not allowed in the store!
These guys are great. Not only did I feel safe due to all the health safety measures in place, but I also felt like they did their best to help me with my kind-of-difficult case. Kudos to them, especially to the three gentlemen that helped me during my visit to the store. Very good customer service.
