Amazing how quickly and efficiently they managed to replace my phones broken screen. And they did it at a very reasonable price. The new screen works just as good the original apple screen. The lady at the counter was very helpful in making the whole process as fast as possible. Best part was they were open on a Sunday

If you need your phone to get fixed quickly and get reasonably low price - look no further. 3 days till Xmas and 2 days before travel to QLD my phones stopped charging. A colleague recommended this place. Walked in, left the phone, picked it up few hours later work around the corner. Charging port replaced, paid only $69. In all other places the waiting time is at least 1.5 weeks, and also its holidays season, so everything takes longer! Highly recommend and will use for future.
I went to this shop to fix my charging port, they fixed it but din work after few months. Technician might be bad or they are just bad at it. While I was in the shop, I also got to know that the most of the reviews given here are not the real ones, but paid. I got to know this as I was sitting there and the owner was explaining another customer "If you need review for your shop, let me know". There are plenty other shops in town. I would personally suggest not to go here.
Really friendly and helpful. Discussed options I had with my phone when my screen shattered. Super quick too only took 30 minutes. Would highly recommend.
Came in because my iphone couldn’t be switched on at all and they managed to fix it within 2 hours at a reasonable price. They even helped to fix some issues/mistakes left behind from a previous phone repair job that was done at another shop. Really happy with the service : 10/10 would recommend!
Cant recommend the professionalism of this place highly enough as well as best value for money! A few weeks after having my iphone cracked screen replaced at an amazing cheap price, my phone started glitching constantly….I thought I was just unlucky that my phone was dying, so soon after paying to get the screen fixed. I rang these guys on the off chance the glitching and screen replacement could be related & they happily fixed the software issue & put on another free screen under their work warranty! Just fabulous!! So very grateful I didnt have to find the $$$’s to purchase a new device just yet!!
We’re visiting from the UK, so when our teenage nephew managed to smash both the screen and back panel on his iPhone XR we were dependent on Google to find a reputable repair company. The first impression of the store instilled us with confidence as it was clean, neat, bright and well organised. The work was carried out at a in full view at an optimised workstation behind the counter. The level of service provided by MKC Repairs, which included product advice, was reliable, effective and completed to a high standard. Both panels were professionally replaced within 20 minutes and the screen covered with a free screen protector to prevent future damage. I would definitely use MKC again and concur with the ratings provided by previous satisfied customers.
Don’t go here. They ask you to give a 5 star review in exchange for free accessories. I got my phone screen replaced after it was broken, it was close to $300! Then literally under a month later the phone screen fell out AGAIN when I was just holding it normally. Their ‘warranty’ doesn’t cover damaged screens and mine was damaged a little from the screen falling onto something solid so I knew I’d have to pay another $300 if I went back. Don’t go here they do bad repairs!
