I cracked my barley six-month old Samsung Galaxy S9 screen and Ali gave me the advice that rather than replacing the whole screen which was quite expensive and would void my warranty, I could cover the hairline crack so it was barely noticeable. I appreciated Ali's friendly, professional and honest advice, as well as the great job that he did on my phone while I waited. I very highly recommend Ali for your phone repair needs! I've had my screen replaced three times in the last year I am a careless person. INFINITE were by far the cheapest and quickest phone repair, I can't believe how much I've paid in the past for substandard work. My phone looks brand new and came with a free screen protector which I obviously need. The owner was also so friendly and professional and honest! My friend asked how much it would cost repair his cracked screen and he advised him to go straight to the manufacturer as it would be cheaper. Fantastic service, will definitely recommend to anyone looking for quick and inexpensive phone repair.
Ali was polite, a good communicator and did exactly what he said he'd do. He also explained the risks.. I had a water damaged phone and it's not easy to clean the inside without breaking the screen so he warned me this beforehand and gave me the chance to decide. Nonetheless he successfully did the repair without breaking the screen so I'm very happy. Quick service and good communication. highly recommend!
This is a fantastic place! my phone was not repaired properly. lose glue - so I changed vendors and took it into Infinite. The guy gave me two options in terms of service repair, both cheaper than the other place. He fixed in in 20 mins and gave me a great deal on a screen protector and cover! Super friendly and professional - I was so relieved after previous dealings. This has become my new go too! highly recommended
Incredibly professional service completed in minimal time. We dropped off our iPhone and had the whole screen replaced in less than ten minutes... we even got to pick out an optional case or screen protector as part of the cost! $120 gave us all we asked for, which is far cheaper than any Apple store, without all the waiting and hassle. Awesome professional service! Owner takes pride in his work. Had a cracked screen, but we found an unrelated issue with mic then the speaker and he spent the time and fixed all three for the original price of the screen repair. Friendly to deal with. Highly recommended!
