Brought in a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 for a 400$ battery and screen replacement. After the first repair, the new battery stopped charging after a few hours and wasn't recognized by the laptop anymore. The repair was under warranty so I brought it back, and was told that an extra 100$ soldering job was required on the motherboard... Now that I got the laptop back again, the battery's fixed but a dead zone appeared on the new touch screen... I'm not sending it back, as I don't want to spend more time on this. I think the shop has the skills to do the job, but in my case the testing post-repair was clearly insufficient. 3 stars because the laptop ends up working better than before, but it's far from perfect and the process could be a lot smoother.
Cheapest place you can get a screen replacement, but at the cost of quality. The glue used isn’t the best and panels are bulging out more than I would like. If price is your only condition, go for it. But even OEM parts look and feel quite different. Very friendly though

Needed to repair back glass of iPhone. Was told over the phone and when dropping off the phone, that it would take 90-120 minutes to repair. Dropped it off at 1.51pm. Came to pick up at 4.45pm. Then had to wait 65 minutes in the store for the repair to be finished. Accused me of miss hearing the quote on time, even though the printed receipt says pick up within a hour. The glue was still oozing from the sides when I left.
Wonderful shop Fixspot - on the second floor of Century house where it is quiet where all the work gets done! I had a problem with a stripped screw in my computer apple air and it was fixed immediately! Would have cost me thousands with Apple! I was completely blown away as the work was very delicate so I give this young entrepreneur 10/10 and recommend the Fixspot highly to anyone needing super quick phone or computer repair or fixing- Thank you so much!

I have a broken Iphone 12 screen and they fix it in an hour. The lady is very nice and they have 6 months warranty for their work and I get a free tempered glass installed. Reasonable price. Recommend.
Thanks FixSpot for fixing my Ipad Mini 2 charger connector. Not many repairers could do this, but you guys did a great job. Just wanted to add that FixSpot also recently fixed my 11yo MacBook Air with a new battery replacement. I have older Apple gear but they keep it working great. Highly recommended.
