I recently visited Mithaiwala Indian Restaurant at Sandringham with my family, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. We ordered a special thali, hoping for a delightful family meal, but what we encountered was far from satisfactory.nnThe major issue we faced was with the unprofessional behavior of the staff. Despite our attempts to seek assistance, we were met with a complete lack of customer service. We decided to order 1kg of snacks, only to be disappointed when we received an excess quantity of snacks and an unexpected extra charge on our bill.nnAttempting to address this discrepancy, I called a staff member for assistance. Shockingly, our request was blatantly ignored, leaving us frustrated and bewildered. It was only when we resorted to a more visible method, a gentle pinch, that the staff member finally acknowledged our presence.nnTo add insult to injury, instead of addressing the issue professionally, the staff member chose to argue with us regarding the pinch incident. This kind of behavior is not only unbecoming of a restaurant but is outright disrespectful to customers who were expecting a pleasant dining experience.nnMithaiwala Indian Restaurant failed to meet even the basic standards of customer service and professionalism. I would strongly advise potential patrons to think twice before choosing this establishment for their dining experience. Our family outing turned into a regrettable and uncomfortable encounter, and we won't be returning to Mithaiwala anytime soon.
I recently had the misfortune of visiting this disgusting place in Sandringham, and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster.nnUpon receiving my order and eagerly making my way back home, I couldn't wait to indulge. However, upon opening the package, I was greeted with a sight that made my stomach turn: stale, sad-soggy looking samosas that seemed like they had been sitting out for days.nnThe taste was even worse than the appearance. Each bite was like chewing on cardboard soaked in old oil. Not only were they stale, but they were also downright disgusting. To make matters worse, after consuming these abominations, I ended up with a stomach ache that lasted for hours, ruining the rest of my day.nnNeedless to say, I will never be returning to to this old oil house and I strongly advise others to steer clear unless they have a penchant for stomach-churning disappointment. Save yourself the time, money, and digestive distress, and find a restaurant that actually cares about serving fresh, edible food.
I went and ordered samosa, noodles, lassi.nnAmazing employee Pukhraaj, took my order and assisted with all of my needs in a very good manner, pukhraaj well done, keep up the good work. Food was awesome.
Suddenly we made a plan and went to mithaiwala for our lunch and the food quality was over all good overall the food taste is good thow it had less rating in Google reviews so I did not care and went to have food
Food was good but most of the dishes we asked for was not available. And atmosphere was so terrible. Me and my friends family was there for dinner yesterday late evening. When we enter into Shop music was fine but after that they played some religious song so loudly we can't able to enjoy the food. And staff doesn't have any customer service manners at all.Hopefully some one will talk with their staff and give training to how to treat customers.nThanks
