First and last time I’ll be dining at this restaurant (Reservoir location). Upon entering, we were told that the indoor seating was completely booked for the night and we had to sit outside, which I don’t have an issue with, but there were children screaming, crying, running around (one child even picked up the tall outdoor gas heater and it almost collapsed on him) so I asked if we could move inside which the waitress allowed. Food took forever. I received my main meal 20 minutes after my partner received his. My chips and hotdog were cold. The restaurant seems very understaffed. Would not recommend!

Came to Misty's on a Friday night with a group of 5, for the first time and had a terrible experience. Food took an hour and 15 mins to come out. After about an hour we inquired about the food, at which point the manager seemed to become annoyed at staff - appeared that they forgot our order. Had other tables who had arrived and ordered their food much after us, getting their food first. When the food finally arrived it was sloppy and luke warm. Not worth the wait or the money, as we had spent $200. When we voiced our disappointment, we were offered some free fries - not offered apology from manager or a very good compensation. Instead the waitress told us that they were meant to have a group of 18 that night who had canceled, wasn't clear at all what bearing that had on our food taking over an hour. Will never come back.

First and last time I'll be eating at this restaurant....if you can call it a restaurant. Extremely long waiting time for some burgers, roughly over an hour and a half. Staff stated gluten free buns with burgers and ended up with small slices of bread. Didn't receive an apology or discount from the manager, very disappointed and would not recommend due to the lack of service and poor food quality.

Mistys diner is amazing for great food and atmosphere. Loved the baked beef.

Everything about this place makes me smile. The food is delicious and the friendly staff make customers feel valued. 
If you visit on your birthday, the whole diner will sing for You. This is one of my fav spots.
