Worst service ever. Went there for glueing the soles but got a lot of yellow marks on my white leather. Argued with the staff for a long time but he kept denying it’s their fault and affirmed I did it myself. Finally got 15$ repair money refunded but that’s not enough to cover the damage to my shoes.

Asked them if they could help make my boots larger and they said yes. After two times of "doing it," my boots are the exact same size. Furthermore, the boots are wrinkled and the leather has marks present which weren't there before. I brought up all these points and asked for a refund. After 20 minutes of arguing I finally got the refund. Do not come here with your expensive items. There is no guarantee they will fix your shoes, but they might damage them more.

Did a very poor job engraving a dog tag I bought from them yesterday. I can hardly read the engraving especially the phone No.as he didn't apply enough pressure with engraver.I feel ripped off as it cost me $18.00.
