I went to see Eva at the recommendation of my mum who bought a handmade suede bag which she loves. Eva made the most beautiful blue suede bag with incredible detailing. She is clearly highly skilled and also very lovely. I couldn't recommend E&L Repair highly enough.

I am happy that found this amazing repair shop and met Eva. Eva assisted me to sort out the issue with my travelled backpack. The job was done accurately and on time. Eva is a friendly and diligent person. I highly recommend this repair shop. In addition, I will return again.

Eva is super friendly and extremely talented and inventive. Came with her with unusual customised queries for my racing backpack Marathon des Sables 2023 and she sorted it all out. Very strong stitches!

I couldn't  express how satisfied and happy i am with  the service i receive from eva of e&l shoe repair shop. I went there initially for a bag strap repair and was so satisfied. I ask if she make bags too so i ask her to make me a tote bag .Im so amazed with eva’s talent and creativity. She made a tote bag huge tote bag for me from scratch. Im so impressed with the attention to detail, craftsmanship and talent that she put on creating the bag i wanted. Really really pleased. I definitely recommend this place for all your repair needs. I love the fact that Eva was so honest on things if it can be done/repaired or not but not hesitant on trying to do it. Thank you Eva.

What can I say? Service is the friendliest it can get, job was outstanding, best atmosphere... It's a dream shop that won't disappoint you. The repair on the bag was amazing. Looked like new! But also, they sell wonderful handmade bags and make to order ones. What a jewel!!!

A great restoration job on a dark navy celine handbag. It was very badly worn and in need of a good clean.  A fantastic job, colour match and clean! Well recommended.  10/10 customer service.
