Worst! Avoid this place at all cost. Man working there was rude, unprofessional & refused to serve us after trying to CHARGE US for his own error & poor workmanship.

Firstly, how telling of your character & lack of professionalism to further criticise a customer after doing them wrong, a customer who keeps YOU in a job to make a living.
Let’s be clear, you engraved a phone number onto a dog tag with 4 numbers at the top, 3 in the middle & 3 at the bottom, rather than listing the numbers in a single row (i.e. how EVERYONE writes a phone number) and then tried to palm it off as normal. That’s just poor workmanship, not pedantic.
Secondly, when we asked you to redo the tag in the normal way (can’t believe we even had to ask you this!) you stated very bluntly that we would have to pay for the first tag as well as a second tag, which we obviously refused, to which you stated “well go somewhere else then”. Um, pretty sure that constitutes refusal of service.
And thirdly (since we are being pedantic!), my husband did not agree that your work was satisfactory. The fact that the engraving was computer generated was not the issue, it was the poor layout which we mutually agreed. In fact he was appalled by your behaviour & your refusal to provide us service.
So if this all means that you ALWAYS stand by your work, you are horribly mistaken & best of luck to you. Bad news travels fast.

Michelle Samara, given how pedantic you were, i'm quite sure that it would be nigh on impossible to see you leave satisfied.
Secondly, you were NEVER refused service, in fact you walked away whilst i was trying to get a new tag out to engrave for you.
Thirdly the quality of workmanship was fine as your boyfriend seemed to have no problems with it at all, especially that it was computer engraved.
There was NO error with the work at all.
We ALWAYS stand by our work.
Yevgeniy Afanasyev, for a start, i'm never rude, firm but not rude, secondly, we are not locksmiths, we are key duplicators and to that end we are somewhat limited on what we can do.
As i don't remember speaking to you myself it is hard to know what happened.
sorry that we were not able to help you on this occasion but unlike some of our other bigger stores the dandenong store doesn't have some of the tools needed to do newer vehicles.
some of the systems required to do some of the newer vehicles require a lot of $$$ to buy.

I only called them once. I needed a key blade to open my car without remote and immobilizer, any other locksmith was happy to do it charging 55-80$, they were rude and did not give me a chance to explain my need demanding to tell them car model first and when I told them, thay said that I needed to go to Holden with this request. They did not even listen the request... Holden did not cut key blades. I called Holden, they have spare keys with remote and immobilizer and they can programme it, but to cut a key blade they need to organize a booking with locksmith, and it should be a working day... It is not convenient at all. And they recommend me that.
