Keys and Remotes - Locksmiths

I would highly recommend the guys at Keys Remotes (which is also CAD Auto Services). From the moment I walked into their freshly renovated, neat and modern front office, I could tell that they were professional and would really do a good job with their customer's - a relief for someone like myself who is VERY fussy. I'm also very wary of who I employ to work on them. I was originally going to purchase a new genuine transponder key off them for my Subaru via an ad they had up on Ebay, as their price was cheaper than what the dealers had quoted me. Long story short, they went above and beyond to try and help me out. Unfortunately for me it turned out that my car was a rare case and unfortunately they weren't able to make their computers communicate with my car in order to code the new key. Not only did they spend at least 1.5 - 3 hours on my car without charging me a cent, they also went to the trouble of taking my car to a veteran Subaru mechanic they knew to see if he could help. When his equipment wouldn't work either, they even offered to arrange to book my car in with the local Subaru dealer. They also fixed a little issue with the cutting in my current key - again, no charge! After my experience with these guys, I simply can't recommend them enough. They are friendly, polite, incredibly honest and hard working. If you need a service or are in need of a new key for your car, head to Keys Remotes/CAD Auto Service in Springvale. I'm just sorry I couldn't give them my business in the end. Thanks David and James!

Even though, in the end, they couldn't get a new remote to work with my car, they gave it a very good go -- twice! It was disappointing because they were so good, professional, and friendly. I'd rather pay a hard working business like this than the rip-off dealers any day, but they probably do need to hire an extra person to help out on weekends. Highly recommend.

When I arrived at Keys and Remotes I was acknowledged and greeted as I walked up the driveway. The customer service here is actually CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was served straightaway. The workers are efficient and very savvy and the job was done to the highest standard. Thank you guys. You put my mind at ease as soon as I walked through your door.

Found this business on Ebay. Prompt and informative comms. On arrival at the nice new and clean shopfront all 3 different staff who interacted with me were keen polite and professional. Job done promptly, thoroughly. Pride in their work and obviously keen to please. Thanks!
