Mission Bay Beach

Ample of space for picnics, all with scenic views around the beach & the main water feature enjoyed by locals knee depth water. Local eateries & cafes setting a relaxing atmosphere. Carpark can be challenging but indeed worth the visit.

Beautiful area with good parks, beach, food, and shopping. We went here just after landing and it was a great way to ease into our trip.

A great location to enjoy a walk by the beach n chill out. There are free parking by the road. Lots of restaurants and cafes to try. Beautiful neighbourhood Walk towards st heliers beach and enjoy the sunset.

Beautiful beach with shops nearby for food and drinks. Plenty of benches, rubbish bins and grass space for sports and picnics on the grass.

Mission bay well it’s a nice place but not as good as beaches on the shore. For travelers maybe a good place to say wow. Just a okay place to rest

One of the best spots in Auckland to relax and enjoy coastal walks along the shore. I took one star away for lack of parking spaces. Otherwise all good. When I went there was this lovely breeze cooling me in the summary heat. I saw many families and friends hanging around the Bay. There are Toilet facilities available. If you want to relax and have a reflective moment, Mission Bay can help. There are lots of eateries and pubs along the road. Be warned, meals and even Ice cream can be expensive for some ....

Just a lovely place to go in the summer, or any season really. Excellent for walks, cycling, roller blading. Heaps of eateries to cater for all sorts of tastes. Atmosphere is relaxed and busy at the same time. There’s plenty of parking especially around the side streets. There’s also lots of large gorgeous pohutukawas to offer shade.

Such a lovely and must see place… always windy… Kayak hiring available Car park always is full unless you’re lucky!

Nice clean beach with wide park. There is many restaurants and coffee shops in the neighborhood.
