I had provided a photo with what I had wanted, let the stylist know it was my wedding in three days time, it looked a bit more red than I wanted at the end however I paid and left. When I got home and looked at it properly and in sunlight, I was devistated, it was a million light years away from the picture. My sister convinced me to contact them as I was very upset. They have got me back in the same day, toned the colour down to a more neutral brown which is good, however it is still not what I had originally requested. They have also provided a slight discount on the service.  When paying a premium price, I would have expected wow, I got heart ache, upset and wasted time and money.  Edit : the owner has been in touch and provided me with an additional refund, so I can't fault that they have tried to fix it up. I have paid half price for this hair style.

I had my hair straightened here by Tomo twice and loved both outcomes! My hair stayed very soft and it didn't cause damage to my hair like chemical straightening. Thank you so much Tomo  see you againService:&nbsp;Hair straightening

Hase is an absolute professional. He gets my hair right every time. Recently, when I mentioned that I had an important presentation to give in a few days, he took extra care to make sure my haircut turned out well, even though I was his last client of the day. Thanks Hase-san.  Other pros: Seamless appointment booking system; Other hairstylists are very capable and provide excellent results too; Best hair salon for Asian hair.

Brought my boyfriend in for a haircut, he struggles with anxiety so his hair was very very long! Hase cut his hair and did an amazing job! Although my bf was very quiet and struggled to speak hase made him feel safe and comfortable and I really appreciate it! Thank you so much hase! And thank you misola for creating such a safe environment!

I love the calm relaxing atmosphere and service they provide. There are many stylists you can choose from. Highly recommend.

Have been a loyal customer for 2+ years before leaving this review here.  Really appreciate the attitude and service I received from Erina and her team. Skills for both Haircuts and Head Spa are awesome.  Also a good place that’s worth a try for new customers. They offer a free consultation, please make good use of it. Good communication will ensure you will receive a more satisfied outcome.
