First time we came here the lady ignored what I wanted for my son and went too short.. Yesterday, we checked in and it showed the wait to be 10-15mins.. 2 of the hairdressers were there but not doing any hair for a good 30mins.We ended up waiting a whole hour before being "top of the queue". Would be nice if we got an update saying the estimated wait time would be longer... I wouldn't waste my time or money here.
Long wait time - I was initially advised that it would take about 30 mins for a hairdresser to be available, but the time kept on increasing by 10 min... 5 min, and ultimately it took almost an hours for my turn. However, I was still okay, thinking I am going to a great cut but turns out I was completely wrong. Poor haircut - I precisely asked for skin faded cut with gradual increase in the length but guess what, the the hairdresser completely ignored my instructions! I had been to you few times in the past and had satisfactory experience but the last one was utterly disappointing. PS: Sorry for poor rating but I couldn't help after the latest visit.
Lovely friendly, and experienced hairdressers here. Never have to wait long, if at all. Recommend.
Should have no stars, horrible service!! never nice when the lady makes you feel unwelcome, so unfriendly, also didn't cut my daughters hair properly at all still has dead ends and super uneven......
Changing my review because the last 3 times I have come to get a haircut, I have been met with a 65-70min wait but the frustrating part is, it's actually 100-120 minute wait which isn't outlined. I watched as people were waiting for a cut and one of the 3 staff on a busy weekend decided to stare at herself and fix up makeup and put product in her own hair. Baffling. 2hr wait times aren't acceptible to me.
Michael is an awesome owner and makes getting your hair cut and experience.. and he is soo good with the kids. It's the only place my grandson will go for his hair cut

I usually have my hair flat and messy ontop and short back and sides, it was getting kind of long So I just went in for a tidy up. I guess The lady decided she was gonna pick me a whole new hair style and proceeded to give me some sort of side parted comb over with my hair all standing up, it looked ridiculous and I was embarrassed just being there, I just wanted to get out asap, felt like I was some sort of doll that she was practicing new hair styles on. Never actually asked me if I wanted it this way. I didn't think it would matter too much but now when I try to have my hair as normal I can't because it's been styled in a specific way. I only wanted a haircut because I had a concert to go to this weekend but I honestly don't even want to leave the house now it's embarrassing. lady was nice enough but why would you just decide you're gonna choose me a new hairstyle i liked it how it was but clearly she didn't, always consult your customers before deciding you're gonna completly change their look. Definitely would never go back and certainly would warn anyone who goes there... wish I never paid for it as I can't even look in the mirror, I wish the lady just did what i asked for instead of giving me a whole new hairstyle that I never asked for. Certainly wasn't an accident as she spent ages with a comb and dryer trying to shape my hair to this style that she chose for me as I watched in horror.
