Realistically you get what you pay for so not on the cheap side but usually a good experience

Worst hair cut I have ever had. I think I got a trainee, although I wasn't told this. Didn't know what he was doing , but very polite so I didn't complain. I went straight away to another hairdresser to fix up the cut. Very disappointed and will never go there again.

This place was amazing. They did such a good job on my hair for a formal and got it perfect. All the staff were really friendly and the atmosphere was good

The hairdresser asked me what I wanted on the back and I said just off my shoulders. After cutting to this length throughout the rest of my cut she used thinning blades and took quite a bit more off leaving the back considerably shorter than the sides. 
At no point was I shown the back of my head, though I was asked if I wanted to see it at the end. I left with a bob cut. Probably the worst hair cut I've ever had. 

Two stars because she was friendly and good conversation though that wasn't what I went there for.
