Really disappointed a few weeks back. Phone ordered a pickup. Arrived and told 4 different people over 10-15 mins that I was picking up an order but most got side tracked before they got to the kitchen. Finally someone asked but it was the wrong name. Eventually they found my order and told me it would a few more minutes - it wasn’t. Couldn’t tell you how long I was waiting in the end.
Obviously they lost my order and had not started it when I arrived to pick it up. Took them a long time to figure it out. No acknowledgement from them that they had made a mistake and certainly no apology for making me wait so long. 
Shame. Been a loyal customer for more than 15 years. Used to be excellent food & service. Probably won’t be going back anytime soon.

Very ordinary. My partner ordered soup as an entree and we both ordered a main and rice to share. My main arrived at the table first, shortly followed by the rice then my partner's main. When he asked about the soup he was told it was coming and sure enough half way through his main the soup arrived. Very strange. Food wasn't very tasty, we wouldn't return. Positive things were it was byo including beer and the banana fritters for dessert were very nice.

This place used to be great but now its a bit disappointing with the flavour of their meals.
Also the service was terrible.
Not all meals were brought out together & went cold very easily, one meal took ages to come to the table, another meal was asked for extra meat & they added extra tomatoes instead.
Even just getting a waiters attention was difficult.

I have been eating in & ordering from this place with my family ever since i was a kid, but now it is very disappointing as it used to be such a great place.

This plcae is magnificent service is A+ and the food is mouth watering five star and then some I'll be back highly recommend this place to anyone cheers Darren.

San chou bow should not have chopped carrot in it. The food was average, although the sizzling Cantonese beef was good. Please customer service... The plates were not removed from the table even when the bill was presented. Having a banquet would be more cost effective as the plate price is a little high for the quality of the product
