Called to reserve a pair of trousers as they had three in colour and size I wanted. Told yes I will do that for you. After organizing my sister to collect for me I then called an hour later and a second staff member said the first had not put them away and she said she was doing it now. She assured me she had a pair and was putting them in a bag and putting my sisters name on them ready for Thursday. Today my sister arrived to collect and they can’t find them. Can’t find any of the pairs in store. No good enough. I am a customer as well! I am as important as the customer in front of you. Not very good customer service and lousy team communication. Start a communication book ladies. And a stock on hold book with names and phone numbers a a ticket stub that then coordinates with the ticket stuck on the bag or hanger with the item/s on it. Cross reference and mark off when collected.
