Terrible attention, they put discounts on products that do not correspond, when you are going to pay they charge you for the entire product and when you ask about the discount that is placed on the price of the product they say that it does not correspond to that product but to another that is not on the shelf, so they do not show the real price, the employees are rude and say that it is the fault of other people and not theirs, I will never buy there again. Deceptive and cheating
Shout out to Deb who helped me at the returns desk of BigW Southland last Friday 8 August. She was amazing, friendly, efficient and helpful! Went above and beyond to help me, even walking me to the exit as I had my young son with me and she wanted to make sure I exited smoothly. Thanks so much Deb!
Really appreciated the FREE Upgrade to a More Expensive Different Product than I ordered as a Click and Collect. Dot the virtual assistant said no human being could assist at 4 pm on Sunday when I rang them to let them know. I really appreciate Big W's kindness, generosity and understanding for knowing I live 30 km away from Southland by public transport and did not waste my time making an unnecessary trip. I congratulate the Big W Team for taking the initiative ensuring I was not disappointed with my On Line purchase. Thank you.
Customer service is the worst evernI just came from the store, a very young girl, with the cheapest behaviour in the store. Very very very rude. And another staff member covering her by saying sorry but she is going through lot if stress. why bother to come to work???? Seriously can't believe. So cheap and rude. My kids even got scared. No apologies after that all. These kind of people should not be working.nShe ruined my day on a Easter Sunday.
Always reliable for finding things you need, Lego? It's there, back to school necessities? Of course, clothings? Is that even a question? Big W always has something you need. Definitely go if you need something you can't find anywhere else.
